Every framework, every template, every checklist your agricultural society needs — in one place. Built to outlast the people who built it.
The long-time president steps down. The volunteer coordinator burns out. The fair manager, who knew everyone, moves provinces.
And every year, the new board opens a blank document and starts typing the same things the last person typed.
Same run sheets. Same volunteer forms. Same sponsor letters. Same AGM agenda.
Not because they're inefficient. Because the person who built the last version took it with them.
That's not a board problem. That's a systems problem.
And it's why fairs across the country burn out their best people on year three.
• New board members onboard themselves in a week, not three years.
• Fair week doesn't ride on whoever's been there the longest.
• Vendors, volunteers, sponsors, and emergency protocols are written down — not just remembered.
• When someone leaves, the fair keeps running.
• Your best person stops being the single point of failure.
This is what every fair manager wants. Most don't have time to build it.
We did.
One binder. 17 sections. The full operating system for your fair.
The Complete Fair System Binder is a clickable PDF that opens 17 editable Google Docs — one for every part of running an ag society.
You copy them to your own Drive. You customize them for your fair. You keep them forever.
It's not a course. It's not a coaching package. It's not another framework you have to figure out how to use.
It's the actual documents. The ones we wish every fair already had.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Seventeen sections. Four parts. Every piece of running an ag society — written down and ready to make your own.

This binder is for you if:
✓ You're a fair manager, board chair, or president-elect of an ag society
✓ You've watched institutional knowledge walk out the door at least once
✓ You're tired of every fair season feeling like you're starting from scratch
✓ You want a system your successor can actually pick up and run
✓ You'd rather customize a strong starting point than build from zero
This binder is NOT for you if:
✗ You're looking for a pretty download to put in a drawer
✗ You don't actually plan to use it (we'll know — and so will you)
✗ You think a binder will fix a board culture problem (it won't — but it'll help)
✗ You want someone to do the work for you (different product, called the Fair Systems Sprint)
1. You buy it. $397, one payment, delivered to your inbox within 48 hours.
2. You open the PDF. Each section card has a 'Tap to Make Your Copy' button.
3. You make your copies. One click and the master Google Doc copies straight to your Drive. Edit it however you want.
4. You use it. Build out what's relevant first. The system is yours forever.
No subscription. No login. No app. Just the documents, in your Drive, doing their job.
A NOTE FROM KRYSSIE
I built Fair Systems That Work because I kept seeing the same thing at agricultural societies across the country:
Incredible people. Genuine commitment to their communities. And almost no written systems to show for it.
Everything lived in the outgoing president's head. Every fair started from scratch. Every transition lost something.
The Complete Fair System Binder is the thing I wish had existed when I started. Not a course. Not a coaching package. Just the actual documents, ready to make your own.
You don't need to overhaul everything at once. You need one good system, in one place, that the next board can actually use.
That's what this is.

Fair Systems That Work
FAQ - Honest answers to honest questions
How long until I get it?
Within 48 hours of purchase. You get an email with the master PDF attached. From there, every section is one click away.
Is this one big PDF I have to print?
No. The PDF is your hub. Each section opens a separate editable Google Doc. You copy it to your Drive and customize from there.
Do I need Google to use this?
You'll need a free Google account to make copies and edit. If you don't use Google Docs, reply to your purchase email and we'll send Word versions of any section you want.
Can I share the binder with my board?
Yes. Once you've made your copies, share them with whoever needs them. The license is per fair, not per person.
What if you build new sections later?
The standalone binder is a one-time purchase of what exists today. If you want new templates as they're built, that's what the Binder Club is for — $39/month, new drops to your inbox monthly. Founding members are $29 until those spots fill.
Is this refundable?
Digital products aren't refundable. But if something is genuinely broken or missing, reply to your email and we'll fix it.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Not yet. If $397 isn't workable right now, start with the Binder Club at $29/month for founding members. Same content, dripped monthly.
This binder covers what my old job used to.
I'm telling you that because I want you to know this is real. This matters. The work I put into it came from someone who lived this full-time.
If your fair is one resignation away from chaos — fix that today.
Delivered in 48 hours. Yours forever.
